Future Bishopric recruitment candidates may be asked to sign a 'Declaration of transfer' every five years OR as and when the Synod decides otherwise !
(3) Hudaya Canon And MALANKARA -  
There is nothing in the Cannon written by Bar Herbraeus regarding the Bishop Transfer in Malankara
During the reign of our forefathers this same subject was considered and discarded as unsuitable then. Presently, the faithful have spread different parts of the world and the provisional local govt. laws is applicable when acquiring assets. Any legal implications will have severe consequences in future !
Certainly, there is no presidents in giving a '14- Day Show-cause Notice' to an eminent sitting bishop to unseat His Grace from office to replace with an younger one !!!

'Traitor exposed within the Holy Synod'- Meeting on 15th September

Deformation of Character of an Emient Bishop - Culprit's Apology and Resignation from the Inner Circle  - Mass Support and Appeal to the Holy Synod to be held On 15th September,2015

The Holy Synod held on 1- 4th Sept. have discussed and issued a  Kalpana to suspend the Bishop until further inquiry into alleged allegation against one of the 'Senior Prelate' of our Church.

This Kalpana was signed by the Head of the Church on the 5th Sept. and appeared in the Social Media on 6th Sunday to be read in all churches in Mumbai. With the eruption of the people's support to the Bishop Coorilos, the hierarchy conceded that this disciplinary action was in a haste and likely to be withdrawn without prejudice on 15th Sept.when the Synod meets again ! This gives to the role of the 'Inner Circle' conspired against with an ulterior motive.

The case is about the person who drafted this letter, and followed up with another one to a humble priest who was issued with a letter of suspension pending further inquiry alleging co-existent with Thirumeni, appeared again on FB on the 8th of September, which is St. Mary's Nativity day.

The Diocese of Adoor and Kadambanad Metropolitan Zacharias Mar Aprem issued this order after the unrest among the members of the Malankara Orthodox Church all over the world, who knows Thirumeni and appreciated his charisma and skill working especially with youngsters.

To my mind the person responsible for this tragic episode in Malankara is Mar Aprem, of the Inner Sanctum. Thirumeni should have the decency to own up the turmoil he caused and distress among the entire Orthodox Community around the world, and resign from office on the day.

    

I'm from the School of our Late Paulose Mar Gregorios, Blessed Memory: Taught me - "Pride Leads To Conflicts"... This episode has nothing to do with the 'Doctrines of the Church'. This was used as a smoke screen to bring down a humble prelate, well liked by many.... Learn "Humility and Wisdom" from the feet of this 'Legend of Peace' and crown His Grace with the title "Prince of Peace"...

As for the person responsible for the distress caused in us, we'll keep the fight until his name is exposed and better resign and abolish the Standing Committee. May God help MALANKARA....
